Counselling is a confidential space where people can explore their feelings, thoughts and experiences. My counselling room is a non-judgmental space where you can expect to be met with compassion and kindness.
My counselling style is rooted in a person-centred approach, emphasising empathy, genuine understanding, and respect for your unique experience. I also draw from theories rooted in the psychodynamic approach, which explore how unconscious patterns, past experiences, and relationships influence our current feelings and behaviours. This blending of approaches allows me to support you in gaining deeper insight into yourself and your patterns while maintaining a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
We will work collaboratively to create a supportive relationship where you can be your true self.
As your counsellor I will listen attentively, offering empathy, to help you find your own answers and deeper self-awareness.
