About Me

Hi, I’m Caroline, and I am dedicated to supporting people on their journeys toward greater understanding, healing, and well-being.

I earned my undergraduate Degree in Psychology from Queen Margaret University, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Counselling from Edinburgh University. My academic background provides me with a solid foundation in human behaviour and mental health, which I am committed to continually expanding through ongoing professional development.

My counselling style is rooted in a person-centred approach, emphasizing empathy, genuine understanding, and respect for your unique experience. I also draw from theories rooted in the psychodynamic approach, which explore how unconscious patterns, past experiences, and relationships influence our current feelings and behaviours. This blending of approaches allows me to support you in gaining deeper insight into yourself and your patterns while maintaining a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

What motivates me as a therapist?
I am passionate about helping my clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth, I aim to create a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
